Access and download the key documents needed to facilitate your oil and commodities transactions. Each document is prepared in accordance with international trade standards.
A preliminary document expressing the buyer's genuine interest in purchasing a specified commodity. The LOI outlines the product, quantity, delivery terms, and target price, serving as the first formal step in the transaction process.
Request LOI TemplateA binding document issued by the buyer confirming their irrevocable commitment to purchase a specified commodity. The ICPO includes product specifications, quantity, pricing methodology, payment terms, and delivery schedule.
Request ICPO TemplateThe definitive contract between the buyer and seller that governs all terms and conditions of the transaction. The SPA covers product specifications, pricing, payment terms, delivery logistics, inspection procedures, and dispute resolution.
Request SPA TemplateA bank-issued document verifying the buyer's financial capability to complete the transaction. The POF typically takes the form of a bank statement, comfort letter, or blocked funds confirmation from a top-tier financial institution.
Request POF GuidelinesA formal offer issued by the seller detailing the product available for sale, including specifications, quantity, pricing, payment terms, and delivery method. The FCO is a legally binding commitment from the seller to supply the commodity.
Request FCO TemplateFinancial instruments used to secure payment in oil and commodities transactions. Documentary Letters of Credit (DLC), Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC), and Bank Guarantees (BG) provide payment assurance to the seller.
Request Banking TemplatesA detailed technical document outlining the quality specifications of the commodity, including API gravity, sulfur content, viscosity, flash point, and other relevant parameters. Often verified by independent inspectors such as SGS or Intertek.
Request Spec SheetA shipping document issued by the carrier acknowledging receipt of cargo for shipment. The Bill of Lading serves as a receipt, a contract of carriage, and a document of title, making it essential for international oil shipments.
Request B/L TemplateA legally binding agreement that protects all parties involved in the transaction from being bypassed or having confidential information disclosed. The NCNDA ensures brokers, intermediaries, and facilitators are protected throughout the deal.
Request NCNDA TemplateAn agreement that guarantees payment of commissions and fees to intermediaries and brokers upon successful completion of the transaction. The IMFPA outlines commission percentages, payment timelines, and the responsibilities of each party.
Request IMFPA TemplateA comprehensive compliance package including company registration documents, director identification, corporate resolution, bank references, and other due diligence materials required to verify the legitimacy of all transaction parties.
Request KYC ChecklistA comprehensive agreement covering all logistics and delivery arrangements including vessel nomination, port of loading, port of discharge, laytime, demurrage, freight costs, insurance coverage, and Incoterms compliance (CIF, FOB, CFR).

The buyer submits a Letter of Intent (LOI) specifying the desired commodity, quantity, and delivery terms. Our team reviews the inquiry and initiates the matching process.
Both parties submit KYC packages for verification. Our compliance team conducts thorough due diligence including corporate verification, bank references, and sanctions screening.
The seller issues a Full Corporate Offer (FCO). Upon acceptance, the buyer responds with an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) confirming the commitment to purchase.
A Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) is drafted and executed. The buyer's bank issues the agreed-upon financial instrument (DLC, SBLC, or BG) to secure the transaction.
Product is delivered per the agreed Incoterms. Independent inspection verifies quality and quantity. Upon successful delivery, the financial instrument is activated and payment is released.
